The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop. The lady at the reception was polite and helpful. Online booking is not available. When I called the number listed on Google, I was told that no rooms were available from some man. However, when I visited the hotel directly, the lady there provided me with a room. Looks like a coordination issue in them. The stay is offered on a 24-hour basis from the time of check-in, which is a good benefit. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer a regular AC room for ₹1,500 and a premium room for ₹1,600, which includes an additional sitting area with a sofa and table. Since the price difference was minimal, I booked the premium room even though I was travelling alone. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the caretaker who was sleeping near the counter at night. I asked him for a packaged water bottle and clearly said that I was willing to pay for it. Although several boxes of water bottles were stacked nearby, he refused, saying that all the bottles had already been counted and cannot give. Instead, he suggested drinking water from a can kept on the floor. This was disappointing. If a guest specifically requests a packaged bottle and is willing to pay for it, the hotel should make one available. Overall, the location, room quality, 24-hour stay policy and reception service were good. Suggestions: 1. hotel should improve its basic guest service, especially regarding drinking water. 2. 301 room washroom Mirror needs to be changed. 3. Refrigerator isn't working
