Despite a disappointing check-in experience and cleanliness concerns, overall my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff made up for the check-in mishap with their friendly and efficient service. The amenities and comfortable beds outweighed any cleanliness issues I encountered. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great facilities.

The checkin experience at this hotel was fine, not too bad and not too good. The room was nice and cozy, it met my expectations. The food was delicious and had a good variety. Overall, a good experience.
