I reached the hotel at 9:30 pm on 22/7/23. Hotel is located on second floor. I fun the hotel room average, ac was ok. The main thing was the behaviour of two receptionist boy, both behaved differently. The person who attended us in the night was very polite and humble. He was available on every call within seconds. He arranged all the things very quickly and promptly like arranging milk and food for my 3 years old son and at 10:pm and early in the morning with a smile without any extra charge. He was like a shaktiman. His name was probably sachin. He behaved like a five star hotel receptionist. On the other hand in the morning the person who took charge behaved totally differently. He was very unprofessional. He behaved like an arrogant government officer. Since we have 6 bags, i requested him to send someone to carry the bags upto vehicle he asked a boy to put my bags in the lift only. Luckily the boy was kind-hearted he put the bags in the vehicle. And this morning time receptionist asked me to checkout around 10 am. I thought i was dealing in a third class road side dhaba. His name was raju probably. So this was my sweet n sour experience about the hotel and it's staff. I hope hotel authorities will encourage the people like first receptionist and discourage the second one.
