The check-in experience at this hotel was incredible, and the staff was extremely helpful and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the mark, and there were some cleanliness issues in the room. The room was spacious and comfortable, though it could use some improvements. Overall, the check-in experience was exceptional, but the cleanliness and room could have been better.

The main reason for giving only 4 star is the oyo hotel charge you more than what is shown online. If we say we will pay online then too they need additional money or else say to cancel it as if they don't care.
