(Almost all review are given on checkout time by staff) Not too much good or bad experience, I get check in almost 11 pm Cause of my train delayed, but the staff specialy someone "suman" Nice person or staff, I contact him he said no issue, u can check in whenever your train came or you arrived, but the person on desk is rude and also they charge extra for water also, Andt check out time they take my phone and give 5 star rating, it's literally weird...
I had an excellent experience of the stay at this hotel and location wise it's very convenient to travel all over kolkata because of metro connecting at all places. Food is excellent in this hotel all homely food and good taste. Staff behaviour is good specially staff called pintu is very helpful i would recommend this hotel as a good stay
