The room was very comfortable and neat, deserving a solid 4 stars. The check-in experience was excellent, smooth and welcoming, definitely 5 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and hospitality.

I had a delightful check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. However, the food and cleanliness were average. Overall, a great stay!
