I had a very good experience staying at Anushka Residence near Belgachia, Kolkata. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The bed, washroom, and other facilities were all good, making my stay very comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional kindness and support I received from Mr. Chintu SK after I left the property. While I was travelling towards the airport in the evening, I unfortunately lost my wallet at Belgachia Metro Station. I only realized that my wallet was missing after reaching the airport. I immediately contacted Chintu SK and explained the whole situation. He was extremely helpful and immediately assured me that he would try his best to help me find it. He contacted Belgachia Metro Station by phone and confirmed that my wallet had been found. The next day, he personally went to the metro station, collected my wallet, and helped arrange for it to be sent back to me. I initially requested that the wallet be sent to my university in China, but the parcel office informed us that they could not send it internationally. Chintu SK then helped arrange for it to be safely sent to my home address in India. I am genuinely grateful for his honesty, kindness, and effort. Losing my wallet while travelling was very stressful, but he went out of his way to help me even after I had already left the hotel. His support turned a very stressful situation into a much easier one. Thank you so much, Chintu SK, for your help and kindness. I highly recommend Anushka Residence, not only for the comfortable stay but also because of the wonderful and trustworthy people there. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Kolkata.
