The hotel was excellent overall! The staff could be more attentive, but they were still helpful. The room was below my expectations and needs improvement. The check-in experience was average, could have been faster.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, deserving a solid 4 stars. Location was average, maybe a bit crowded, so I give it 3 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.
