The hotel location was amazing, giving it a solid 4-star rating. However, the checkin experience was terrible, hence the 1-star rating. The staff was average, earning them a decent 3-star rating. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

The room was splendid with a cozy ambiance, deserving 5 stars! Amenities were good, earning 4 stars. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!
