Had a wonderful stay here during my first solo trip to Kolkata. The receptionist was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were patient in answering my questions and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the metro and major attractions. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata and would be happy to stay here again.
Room size is average but not small. Two type, with and without balcony. Service and staff behavior is good. Specially the young manager and our great kaka. Location is very good in term of commutation. Nearest Metro is Sobhabazar, about 150 Mtr. distance. Nearest Rail is Kolakata(Chitpur), Bdhannagar and Sealdah. Everything like restaurant, medical shop are available. But the area is congested.
