The room and amenities at this hotel were disappointing, to say the least. The room was small and outdated, and the amenities were lacking. I would not recommend staying at this hotel the guy at the reception knocked my door thrice even after saying I am coming in 2 minutes i immediately left the hotel after this coz when I complained about this the guy at the reception smiled and said I am the one who knocked in a row and customer support of oyo was offering me 20% of my booking. Am I begging here or what ? However I will take care of this issue at consumer court . As it is confirmed by the supervisor of oyo that they haven't marked me checked our full 2:00 Am however I left the hotel in just 30 mins 🤣🤣 shame on oyo I would suggest you to start using Airbnb atleast in such issues they refund full amount of your booking
The hotel was splendid with very good amenities and smooth check-in process. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Really enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Excellent overall experience!
