The hotel stay was very pleasant. Room was comfortable and well-maintained, deserving 4 stars. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, also 4 stars. The staff were courteous and helpful, earning 4 stars. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
We stayed here in Gwalior for our exam, and this hotel genuinely exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the terrace was a lovely place where we enjoyed our dinner together..But the best part was the staff extremely polite, helpful and welcoming... They provided everything we needed without us even asking twice. And the most heart touching gesture was the early morning drop to our exam centre, almost 16 km away, completely free of cost... We felt safe cared for and truly at home throughout our stay...5 out of 5 is still less for the experience we had... Highly recommended!!!! Thank you for the warm stay🫶 If we ever come to gwalior again we'll definitely choose this hotel again and again🫶 Thank you so much....!!!
