We stayed here in Gwalior for our exam, and this hotel genuinely exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the terrace was a lovely place where we enjoyed our dinner together..But the best part was the staff extremely polite, helpful and welcoming... They provided everything we needed without us even asking twice. And the most heart touching gesture was the early morning drop to our exam centre, almost 16 km away, completely free of cost... We felt safe cared for and truly at home throughout our stay...5 out of 5 is still less for the experience we had... Highly recommended!!!! Thank you for the warm stay🫶 If we ever come to gwalior again we'll definitely choose this hotel again and again🫶 Thank you so much....!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Swastik Inn. The rooms were neat, clean, and very well maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, a great experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
