The room was well furnished and well equipped, but a hot water kettle was missing. I stayed in Room 202. During the night, I could hear people talking, though I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from. Most of the local attractions are quite close to this place, which is convenient. However, the hotel is located in a narrow lane, which may be a bit difficult to drive activa My check-in experience was not very good. The person at the reception did not given my Aadhaar card back after check-in I also missed to asked to return. I had booked the room through OYO, and while making the payment, I chose to pay via the OYO app because it was offering a discount. When the “pay at hotel†option showed a higher amount, he asked me to pay using the hotel’s QR code. I told him I would pay through the OYO app. He seemed disappointed and said, “Pehle pata hota toh dusra room deta.†I didn’t like this behaviour. After that, he did something on his computer and the amount increased
The rooms were spotless and tidy, deserving of 4 stars for cleanliness. Check-in was a breeze, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. However, the food could use some improvement, hence the 3-star rating. Please provide the basic things like shampoo, oil and soap
