Very disappointingStaff were brillant.Your description of property that said sea view it certainly was Not. Also said no payment until we got to the property , I had loads of calls asking me for payment otherwise my room would not be reserved. I was asked to make payment they wanted half of the asking price , we paid 25000 rupees and was the manger would not refund , I only booked it because it said seaview thinking the beach would be a hop, skip and jump away. Instead each time we wanted to go to the beach we had to get a cab. We ended booked hotel for 8 days there was only one resturant opposite hotel and thank God there food was lovely as the hotel we stayed in provided breakfast only otherwise we would have needed to pay for a cab every day for food. We spent only 4 days in the hotel and checked out . There were no shopping facilities or other resturants nearby unless we took a cab and certainly No beach in site. Very disappointed with the way you advertised this hotel , you also put we could checkout whenever we wished but we could not as the mangement refused to refund . We spent 2 days sitting in the hotel room getting bored. I will never ever book with booking .com again.as when we told the mangement about the way you advertised they said that there was nothing they could do with the way you had advertised there business.

One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast and location point. The staff was attentive and always ready to make recommendations based on our preferences and providing insider tips on hidden gems in Goa, their hospitality made us feel right at home. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions but still maintains a tranquil atmosphere. We enjoyed exploring nearby markets, temples, and beaches during the day and returning to the serene environment of the Hotel in the evenings. Overall, I highly recommend Palette The Moon Hotel Goa for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Goa. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this place has it all.
