I stayed at OYO Rooms recently and the experience was mixed, leaning toward disappointing. The check-in process was slow and poorly managed, despite prior confirmation. Room cleanliness was average at best, with visible dust and delayed housekeeping. Basic amenities were present but not well maintained, and Wi-Fi reliability was inconsistent. Staff behavior varied: some were helpful, others indifferent and untrained. Location and pricing were the only real positives. OYO has potential, but execution is weak. With better quality control, staff training, and stricter standards across properties, the experience could match the brand promises instead of falling short more consistently overall.
Clean, comfortable room with a calm and welcoming vibe. Well maintained, good lighting, and perfect for a relaxed, hassle-free stay.
