Good overall stay with smooth check-in and well-maintained amenities. Food was decent but could be improved. Would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Actually, I had an exam and when I came to the station after giving exam, I forgot the hote address, when I asked the hotel staff for the address, they did not tell me the correct address. I was very troubled by the crowd. Somehow, taking help from public I reached the hotel. The dinner was also bad. After dinner I got food poisoning and went bathroom whole night. To be honestly, the experience at the howrah hotel was very bad, I have a request to the oyo owner, I want a full refund.
