Its a decent place of stay. Proximity is great as adjacent to main road, well connected including shared route auto to station, many food shops nearby. Service also decent as Aman(the caretaker) is very helpful and always with a smiling face. Room wise its ok-ok. Few rooms are nice, as clean, neat, full functional attached washroom. However few rooms (3 out of 6) doesnt have geaser within washroom, one washroom's water exit has some problem hence we were advised to use common washroom. Also an important note, this is located on 3rd floor of the building, while other floors are residential, which is problematic to both sides, so if friends/bachelors booking this then please note this fact. It also has an attached kitchen, mostly for caretaker but on urgent need (milk boiling for babies) it can be of good use.
