My recent stay at 'Super Collection O Ranipur - Dhaney Crossway' was a mixed experience. While certain aspects were okay, there are significant areas that need urgent improvement. Firstly, hygiene is a major concern. A "couple-friendly" booking does not mean that the hotel can provide subpar room conditions. It is essential that bedsheets and pillowcases are clean and fresh for every single booking. This is a basic expectation that should never be compromised, regardless of the booking type. Furthermore, I felt quite uncomfortable with the atmosphere at the reception and entry area. There is an excessive number of hotel staff present in the lobby at all times. Having 4-5 people sitting at the counter and on the sofas, constantly staring at guests as they enter—especially in the case of couple check-ins—is extremely nerve-wracking and unprofessional. This lack of privacy is very off-putting and makes the stay feel invasive. The management should ensure that the entry area is managed better so that guests can check in without feeling like they are being watched by a crowd of staff members. On a positive note, the 1-2 staff members who were actually working at the reception counter were polite and helpful. If the management focuses on improving cleanliness standards and ensuring a more professional, private environment in the lobby, it would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

Excellent experience at the hotel! Food was delicious, the check-in process was smooth and quick, and the rooms were spotless. Truly a comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking great service and hygiene. Five stars all around!
