Thanks to Booking.com and Good Job to hotel staff, my First Trip with Family was Awesome..Good recetption assistance.rnStay in city center with all aminities on the main Rood, walkablernParking is also okay too fit ur needs but need some assistance inmoving into cellar wen parking is almost full rnGood Neat, Bed, Room and basic minimum aminities. Excellent Bathroom with all modern fittings.Hotwater Temperature was very low in these winter. Could be better if they increase it with few degrees centigrates morernrnBooking.com offered Nice deal with No cancelation and No pre payment. After, confirming reservation i has doubt weather its fake booking as i seen at youtube as no customer care contact available.rnrnI got a small clue in my email to contact with proxy number to hotel or know the IVR statusrnI could contact hotel directly and time to time i was updating them that im on way and will check in late evening, I had to do this communication as payment was not made or taken until i check innrnrnAs i check inn finally my room 1 of 2 rooms were given to other due no pay option by booking.com but Hotel accomodated me with double bed room at other floor, instead of single room. And its fine, i didnt come on time.

Decent property if you are here just for the stayDespite being a fairly new hotel with inexperienced front end staff the hotel was well maintained and the rooms were wonderful. The Wi-Fi was good.1. We experienced construction dust (from hotel construction) lowing each time we used to leave and get back to the hotel. There was no cover, neither the construction workers used to take care of it. The staff who sweeped the lobby also never took care of the dust in the air blowing from her sweeping.rn2. There is no in-house restaurant. The breakfast is procured from a near by dhaba. Neither does the dhaba nor would the hotel provide you with the basic cutleries(not even for sambhar, chutneys and cooked vegetables with gravy). This was very disappointing. Despite opting for a complimentary breakfast for which INR 75/- pp is charged we opted to go to the dhaba itself on the second day to have breakfast with cutlery by paying from our own pocket.
