I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel 24k gold . The premium amenities and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience.

Despite the room, check-in experience, and food all being disappointing, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their exceptional service and hospitality truly made our stay memorable.
