🏨 Hotel Tanish / Townhouse Oak Margao Market – Practical Stay in the City I stayed here with my family during our Goa trip. This hotel appears on maps with two different names — Hotel Tanish and Townhouse Oak Margao Market — but both refer to the same place. The hotel is located on the top floor (around the 5th floor) of the Reliance Trade Centre building. The building itself is easy to identify from the road, and the hotel is situated on the uppermost floor. There is a lift available to reach the hotel, and stairs are also there if someone prefers using them. Parking is available in the basement of the building, which is convenient for people traveling by car. The room had basic facilities like AC and a TV. The AC was working properly and cooling was good, which was helpful after long days of traveling. However, the TV in my room was not working properly. The bedsheets were okay but not very clean or fresh looking. Also, basic bathroom items were missing. There were no bathing towels or toiletries like soap or shower gel, so it is better to carry your own essentials. In the room, there was a plastic water jug and two glass tumblers. Wi-Fi was available but the speed was not very good during my stay. One good advantage of this hotel is the location. The Madgaon Railway Station is quite close, and I was even able to walk there in the morning. Around the building there are many food options, from budget eateries to slightly expensive restaurants. Overall, this place is suitable if you plan to spend the day exploring and only need a basic place to sleep at night. ⭐⭐⭐
