The room and comfort are excellent, no complaints there. However, the room service staff is unacceptable. His attitude is disrespectful, he lacks basic courtesy, and he only speaks Hindi — making communication difficult. His behavior is arrogant, as if he owns the building, which ruins the guest experience. Because of this, staying here again feels questionable. Everything else is good, but the service issue is serious enough to overshadow the positives.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained . The staff were very friendly . Definitely best in this area . I’m fully satisfied
