The rooms are compact but well-designed, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and even balcony options for fresh air and city views. Facilities like free WiFi, reliable air-conditioning, daily housekeeping, secure parking, and 24-hour front desk service make the stay smooth and worry-free. Safety is assured with CCTV, key card access, and attentive staff always ready to help. What truly stands out is the hospitality the staff are warm, prompt, and professional, ensuring every request is met with care. Despite the modest room size in entry-level categories, the overall cleanliness, comfort, and calm atmosphere make it a mind-blowing experience for business or leisure stays in Kakinada.
The place is quite peaceful and the rooms are well‑maintained with hot water, AC, TV, and WiFi. Although the booking mentioned free breakfast, they did not actually offer it. I’ve deducted one star because of the poor WiFi connection. If they improved their WiFi, I would give this residency full stars.
