Decent stay but scope for a lot of improvementsRoom size was very good.Receptionist need to know how to talk in English. nAbsence of Intercom.nBathroom entrance is very high from room floor. Very problematic for aged people to use. Atleast one stair should be constructed.nNo teapoy at least to use as a dining table.nLack of shelves in the cupboard.nGeysers for each room should have ideal.nOnly 1 towel was provided on day 1. I stayed for 3 days. Only soaps were provided. No shampoo was provided.nDining was in a bar and restaurant which is not comfortable for families.nNot available on Google Maps. It is available on the name Relax Inn.
The amenities at this hotel were quite good. I appreciated the availability of parking. Parking ki koi dikkat nahi. The room was clean and cozy. It had a nice design that made it feel welcoming. I found it to be a great value for the price. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is also convenient for exploring the area. I had a pleasant experience overall. This hotel does the job well for budget travelers. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Chikmagalur.
