I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the room facilities. The television was not available, the Wi-Fi connection was missing, and the air conditioning did not work at all, making the stay uncomfortable. What added to the frustration was that I had already submitted a complaint about these issues during a previous visit, but nothing seems to have been resolved. It is disheartening to see such poor maintenance and lack of responsiveness from the management. A hotel stay should provide basic amenities without hassle, but here even the essentials were unreliable. Unless improvements are made, I would hesitate to recommend this property to others .
