The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and the check-in experience was fantastic. However, the room fell a bit short, hence the 3-star rating. Overall, a great stay! Tv wasn't working and therr was no balcony else everything was good

Checking in was very smooth. The room was really very clean and the washroom too was super clean. The place is very well maintained. My only gripe is that the door was a little difficult to lock from outside!
