Rooms are very good in size. Bathroom is also good and maintained properly. Do not expect much more except you get air conditioned room for rest, bath and sleep. No RO water or anything else. If you go there after 9 or 10 PM, you would not locate it easily. Surrounding area is not good as this property is in industrial area. It is suitable only for a transient journey max one night only. Walls of room was having insects breeding (see attached photos) and they do not check or bother about it. This place looked like an Inn (Sarai) instead of a Super Hotel as advertised.
