The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite and cooperative, which made the arrival comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and basic amenities provided as expected. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked properly, allowing for a good night’s rest. The location of the property is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transport. However, there is some scope for improvement. Housekeeping response could be a bit faster, and bathroom fittings could be better maintained. Also, improving soundproofing would help reduce outside noise. Overall, the stay was decent for the price paid and suitable for short stays. With a few improvements in maintenance and service speed, the experience could be even better. I would consider staying here again if needed.
