The check-in experience was quite smooth and efficient, earning this hotel a solid 4-star rating. However, the food served in the restaurant was disappointing, deserving only 1 star. The staff members were friendly and helpful, but there was room for improvement, hence a 3-star rating.
Excellent hotel with a perfect location, making sightseeing very convenient. Check-in was smooth and staff were very courteous. The amenities provided were top-notch and met all our needs. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay. Five stars all around! good stay
