The checkin experience was good and the staff was helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was maintained well. The food was really simple, just like it’s made at home.Didn't understand the check-out system. They should've informed us that returning from the exam center would make us late for the check-out time, and we'd be charged extra for that. If we had known, we would've taken our bags along with us.
