The staff were friendly and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Location is also convenient as it is close to the railway station. Parking was available which made things easier. Staff ne bahut help ki when I needed directions. Overall it was a nice experience. This place is a good option for the price. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kolkata.
💌Disclaimer : Not final review I am planning to stay at Hotel O Santragachi on 2nd January, but I have not booked yet because the price is currently showing very high compared to similar hotels in the area. The location looks convenient and the hotel seems decent based on online details, but the pricing does not feel justified at the moment. I will update this review after my stay once I book and visit the hotel It's just a advance review
