The check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and efficient, earning it a solid 4 stars. However, the staff's performance was disappointing, warranting only a 2-star rating. Similarly, the location of the hotel was not ideal, also deserving 2 stars. Overall, a decent experience but improvements are needed in staff and location.

The checkin experience was satisfactory. The food was delicious and the amenities provided were good. Overall, a pleasant stay at the hotel.The blanket and bedsheets were quite clean. overall It's a good choice to stay.
