Dear Team, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my recent stay at your OYO property. During my stay, I noticed that voices from the adjacent room were clearly audible inside my room, and at the same time, my partner’s and my conversations could also be heard by the guests in the other room. This lack of soundproofing resulted in a complete loss of privacy. This was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially because personal and private moments were involved. Guests expect basic privacy and sound insulation in hotel rooms, and this experience did not meet that expectation at all. Such issues can seriously affect a guest’s comfort, safety, and trust in the brand. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps to improve soundproofing and room privacy at the property. I hope you will consider this feedback and ensure tha
The in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the food and the cozy atmosphere. My room was clean and had a nice queen sized bed. The staff were the highlight of my stay. They were friendly and always ready to help. I felt welcomed and taken care of. Har jagah jaane ko mila during my time here. The hotel is easy to find and has good parking available. This place is a solid option for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay. I would definitely come back again.
