The check-in experience was very disappointing but the food and cleanliness of the hotel were exceptional. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was spotless and comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, a great experience, except for the check-in process.

The hotel's checkin experience was commendable, deserving a full 5 star rating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, earning a solid 4 star. The location, while not perfect, still earned a respectable 4 star as well. Overall, a great stay!
