I already booked and opted for pay at hotel option and i contacted the person in charge of the room and he was sure of the room availability. Later he denied giving me room and even asked me to cancel. I tried to sort out but he was not giving a valid reason. I was told that the room which i booked was given to someone who paid the full amount. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.
