The staff were friendly and made my check-in smooth. The room was clean and had a cozy vibe. I did find some dust on the furniture but the staff quickly offered to clean it again. The location is very convenient with easy access to public transport. It is in a lively area which is great for exploring. Parking was available which was a plus. Budget mein best hai for anyone looking for a practical stay. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back if I am in Kolkata again. Solid place to stay.
