THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE BOOKING THIS HOTEL. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. SLEEP ON ROADS RATHER THAN BOOKING THIS 1. This hotel is continuously committing fraud with guests, even if you book this hotel, give advance payment and all. Once you reach they will deny stating no rooms are available, then charge extra and give you dorm shared rooms where atleast 30 people are staying. 2. Toilets are broken and non cleaned, even after multiple request it will not be cleaned. We had to clean ourselves. 3. They charge high rates even after advance booking. 2500 Rs for just one bedding in dorm room with 30+ people, sleeping on floor. 4. There beddings are not cleaned at all. 5. No provision of water heater / drinking water If you are with family avoid this hotel at all costs.
I loved the hotel's location, it was so convenient and close to everything. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, no waiting around. The food was delicious, I couldn't get enough of it. Overall, everything was perfect!
