I had a wonderful check-in experience at this hotel. The staff was prompt and attentive, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, I was disappointed with the room. It was not up to the mark and lacked cleanliness.
