It took me a month or two to finally write this review, because even thinking about that night still scares me. I had a very difficult and stressful situation late at night around 1 AM, when I couldn’t find any OYO room available. I somehow reached BNS Comfort, even though there were no rooms available there either. At that moment, Mr. Nawaz, who was on duty, truly helped me in a way I will never forget. Seeing my condition, he kindly arranged a bed for me in a utility room just so I could stay safe for the night. More than that, he showed real humanity and compassion. I was extremely nervous and even broke down in tears, but he comforted me, spoke kindly, and made sure I felt safe and cared for. In such a troubled moment, his help meant a lot to me. I am deeply thankful for his kindness, support, and understanding. People like him make a huge difference. It is true that sometimes God sends angels in human form when you are in trouble, and that night, I truly felt that. I will always remember his help with deep gratitude. Thank you, BNS Comfort, and especially Nawaz, for your humanity and care. Highly grateful.

Hotel BNS Comfort - This hotel is very good. The staff here is very good and helpful, any kind of help and assistance is available., Room service is always available. This hotel is very clean, like the bed, bathroom, floor everything is very clean. You can stay safely in the hotel.. All in all, you will not find such a good hotel in that area.
