


I experienced what felt like a scam at the hotel reception regarding early check-in charges. According to the OYO booking terms, the check-in time range and the applicable tariff were clearly mentioned and appeared fair and valid. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff demanded an additional ₹200 for every extra hour of early check-in, which was not aligned with the terms displayed on the OYO platform. Despite having a confirmed OYO booking, the hotel staff refused to honor it and pressured me to pay extra charges. They openly stated that they do not provide rooms for OYO bookings, even though they continue to list their property on OYO for marketing purposes. Instead, they mentioned that they are currently tied up with FabHotels for room bookings. This practice is misleading and unfair to customers. Using OYO as a marketing channel while refusing to accept valid OYO bookings and forcing guests to pay unauthorized extra charges is unacceptable. Such behavior not only violates platfor
