The hotel staff needs better training to provide a more pleasant experience. The check-in process was a bit disorganized and could be improved. However, the room was comfortable and clean, which made the stay enjoyable overall. He was asking for money, saying me that 10:36 am checkout time not 11 am otherwise give me 200 extra. Please please please please please please take action
