1. There was no in house restaurant kitchen when it was mentioned on the website. 2. Television was not working and we've been informed that management decided so. 3. No drivers room available and kitchen was offered to sleep for my driver. 4. Extra best was costing 400/- per day , we ordered 2 , one for myself and another one for my driver... However driver refused to sleep in kitchen and assured that he will manage the same in his car. I have asked the hotel staff Vinod the next to next day that only 1 extra bed was used/required to which he confirmed that the charges has to be bear for the entire stay since he procured them on rent from outside... (Don't know if this was true). Some positives 1. Location was alright 2. Rooms were big and good 3. Parking facility was available which is usually a pain are in Shimla.
