I had a pleasant stay at Super Hotel O by OYO HMT Colony Kochi (formerly Pullans Arcade). The room had all the basic amenities in good working condition, including the AC, geyser, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The ambience was quiet and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to stay. One area that could be improved is room cleanliness, as a little more attention to housekeeping would enhance the overall experience. Other than that, I didn’t face any major issues. The hotel allows Swiggy deliveries, which is very convenient, and they also have their own in-house food menu. Uber was readily available at all times, making travel around Kochi easy. What stood out the most was the staff. Whenever I faced a small issue or had a request, they were quick to help, courteous, and ensured I had a pleasant experience. Their supportive attitude made a positive difference to my stay. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option with a peaceful atmosphere, and with a little improvement in cleanliness, it would be an even better place to stay.
