A good property with some discrepanciesThe property and facilities were superb and the rates were quite reasonable.The signboard was different with the name "Vallabh Palace".nDespite our request, we were not provided proper invoice/receipt. It appears to be a No.2 business.nThe staff were unprofessional. The guests were addressed with "Tum".

The check-in experience was top-notch, the staff at the reception were extremely courteous and efficient. The room was fabulous, clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Overall, a 5-star experience! Smooth service thise rooms and hotels
