My checkin experience at the hotel was outstanding, deserving a 5-star rating. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, earning 4 stars. The staff was helpful and attentive, although there is room for improvement, hence the 4-star rating. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

The rooms are neat with quite aesthetic appearance. The service is good . The rooms are clean and spacious with proper wifi connection. The one lag is that hot water is not available at morning and breakfast, morning tea is not available
