Pathetic is an understatement. We reached there and found out there was no parking, i mean what kind of acco dsnt have parking. It is not even mentioned on otts so one would asume they can park their cars . Kabir ( he claims to be the manager ) asked us to find parking accross the street since there was no parking available at the property. We went around looking for parking but couldn't find any. Came back and met Kabir's colleague who said they only have 2 wheeler parking and it's not safe to park cars there. I approached kabir again , he said the other guy does not know anything but did not tell me where I could park my car. Then he went on to say I don't care where you park , go out find parking and come back. That's when I asked him to cancel the booking and process a refund because I can't just leave my car anywhere.. This guy started yelling saying he is going to call cops (what for i don't know) . Then he said parking has been converted into a restaurant by the building owner, then he said parking already has 2-3 cars parked so there is no space. While he kept saying whatever he felt like he was extremely rude and behaved like some thug. He refused to process refund and said do whatever you want to do , just get out of my face . We asked him to connect customer care, he said he can't do it and that hotel phones can not call customer care . We then spoke to customer care who tried connecting with the property but could not get through , the guy had disconnected the phone. In the meanwhile more guests arrived at the reception asking for parking, i was talking to my wife telling her there were more people asking for parking when Kabir again started yelling stating you can not talk to to anyone or any of the other guests about parking issues . I found this extremely weird and u safe and That's when we decided to leave without wasting anymore time talking to the goon he was. I stayed at Town house Hotel in Bengaluru Near by Karmangala sony world from Dec 15–16, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel making it easy to explore the city. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, excellent value for money. Would happily stay again!”
