Although the lift was not working, the staff and people at the reception were very good. The room was new and clean, which made the stay enjoyable despite the inconvenience of the non-functioning lift. The helpful and friendly reception staff made up for the inconvenience, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. Their excellent service, combined with the modern and well-maintained room, contributed to a positive impression. The cleanliness and freshness of the room were particularly impressive, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. In summary, despite the minor issue with the lift, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory.
Checkin experience, staff and amenities were all top-notch! I was greeted warmly and quickly checked-in. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent and added to my overall experience. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.
