I stayed at SGR Palace for three nights during the BTS event. The nearest metro station is Dasarahalli. The rooms are clean, but the maintenance needs attention. The wardrobe door wouldn’t close properly and its lock wasn’t working, so it was practically unusable. Basic essentials like water bottles, towels, room cleaning, and bedsheet changes are not provided unless requested. They don’t hesitate to help when asked, but nothing happens on their own initiative. Another concern was early check-in. Even though it was agreed at the time of booking, they refused when I arrived morning. They did allow me to keep my luggage safely. Overall, the place is clean and the staff responds when requested, but the management should improve maintenance and provide basic services without waiting for guests to ask.

Very neat and clean rooms perfect to stay with family very safe. Price is also reasonable and room sevice and staffs are awesome , very quickly they will resolve your queries and needs round the clock Staffs are very friendly, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
