I tried some chicken starters and the chicken biryani at this hotel, and while it was satisfying, it didn't particularly stand out. The portion size was generous, and the basmati rice was cooked well. However, the chicken could have been more tender and flavorful. The spice blend was decent, but it lacked a certain depth and richness that I've experienced with other biryanis. Overall, it was an average biryani that hit the spot but didn't exceed expectations. With a bit more attention to detail and flavor, this dish could reach its full potential.
